Privacy statement

1. Who we are

Verduurklik, a trade name of Klik&Shop (sole proprietorship), KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) 98148362, VAT ID NL005310837B66, Paramaribohof 55, 2315 VW Leiden, the Netherlands, email info@verduurklik.nl, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we process

• Home details from the check: home type, year built, energy label, postcode, energy usage, the measures you’re interested in.
• Contact details when you request a quote: name, email and, optionally, phone number.
• Installer details: company name, KvK number, contact person, payment details.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Calculating an estimate: done in your own browser (localStorage); nothing is sent.
• Sharing with up to 3 installers you choose: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Invoicing installers: performance of a contract and legal obligation.

4. Retention periods

Quote requests: up to 12 months. Financial records: 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation).

5. Sharing with third parties

Only with the installers you choose, and with processors: Cloudflare (hosting and storage of form submissions), an email service for forwarding messages, and a payment provider, under data processing agreements. We never sell data to other parties.

6. Cookies

We only use functional storage in your browser. We place analytics or marketing cookies only with your consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Email info@verduurklik.nl or use the contact page. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
