Terms and conditions

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

These terms apply to the use of Verduurklik. Verduurklik is a trade name of Klik&Shop (sole proprietorship), KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) 98148362, VAT ID NL005310837B66, Paramaribohof 55, 2315 VW Leiden, the Netherlands. Email: info@verduurklik.nl.

Part A – Homeowners

1. Using Verduurklik is free of charge.
2. Subsidy and savings calculations are indicative and do not entitle you to a subsidy or to any particular price. RVO (the Netherlands Enterprise Agency) decides on subsidies.
3. Verduurklik is not a party to the agreement between you and the installer and is not liable for the work carried out.
4. Your request is shared with no more than 3 installers chosen by you.

Part B – Installers

1. Leads are charged individually at the price shown at the time of acceptance (excl. VAT).
2. A lead is sold to no more than 3 installers.
3. Invalid leads (incorrect contact details, not an owner-occupier, duplicate) can be disputed within 7 days and will then be credited.
4. For a signed contract, a success fee is due in accordance with the current price list. The installer reports this within 14 days.
5. Premium can be cancelled monthly, effective at the end of the current month.
6. The installer processes lead personal data solely to prepare a quote and in accordance with the GDPR.
7. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
